Naomi Watts has been named the face of Ann Taylor’s Fall 2010 advertising campaign, UsMagazine.com exclusively reports.

“Ann Taylor’s new fall collection makes getting dressed fun again,” Watts, 41, tells Us.

Inspired by Ernest Hemingway’s A Moveable Feast, the collection focuses on mixing European sophistication with timeless American style.

In upcoming ads (shot by photographer Peter Lindbergh), Watts wears everything from an iconic leopard print to classic little black dresses, gorgeous statement jewelry and coats.

Among her favorite pieces? “I just melt into the cardigans,” she tells Us. “You can wear them all day and feel cozy.”

I’ve got some Fair Game news for all of you. As you all know the movie is supposed to premiere at this years Cannes Film Festival. Below I have posted an article about the movie as well as a link to view a clip from the film.

Fair Game, the film about former CIA officer Valerie Plame Wilson and the Bush administration’s leaks about her identity, is set to premiere May 20 at the Cannes Film Festival.

Naomi Watts and Sean Penn play Plame Wilson and her husband, former ambassador Joseph C. Wilson. Doug Liman, the producer behind the Bourne franchise, directed “Fair Game.”

Based on Plame’s 2007 memoirs “Fair Game: My Life as a Spy, My Betrayal by the White House,” Fair Game is the only U.S. film in the running for the Palme d’Or, the festival’s top prize.

The film’s trailer hasn’t made it online, but the clip below was posted to the festival’s web site.

Plame’s identity as a CIA operative was leaked to the media after her husband, a former ambassador, cast doubt on the Bush administration’s claims that Saddam Hussein sought uranium in Africa.

Today is an exciting day for Naomi fans around the world. The films that will be in Cannes this year were announced, and to our delight two of Naomi’s upcoming films will be at Cannes this year. Both Fair Game and You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger will be premiering at Cannes. I can’t wait for the Cannes Film Festival to start and to hopefully see our beloved Naomi walk the red carpet at Cannes.

The Morgan Creek/Universal project follows a family that moves into what appears to be the ideal residence in small-town Connecticut. However, the husband (Craig) and wife (Watts) are disturbed to discover that their beautiful new home was the site of another family’s slaughter, believed to be at the hands of the husband who survived.

The script was written by David Loucka. Production is slated to begin February in Toronto. Watts is at Sundance this week for her ensemble drama “Mother and Child,” directed by Rodrigo Garcia. Sheridan last directed the Iraq-themed movie “Brothers.”

Australian actress Naomi Watts, who starred in “The Ring,” King Kong,” and “Eastern Promises,” is the actress who provides the best return for a film studio, according to a list by Forbes.com.

With cash-strapped studios looking for return on their investments, Forbes.com compiled a list of the 10 actresses who provide the best bang for their buck.

They found actresses who commanded the highest prices, like Angelina Jolie who topped Forbes’ list of the best paid actresses after banking $27 million in a year, were outranked by those earning around $5 million and under for a film.

Watts, 41, topped the list after the analysis found she helped the box office make an estimated $44 for every $1 she was paid for her last three major films.

Jennifer Connelly, star of “”Blood Diamond” and “He’s Just Not That Into You,” came second with her films earning about $41 for each dollar she was paid and Rachel McAdams, of “The Notebook” and this year’s “The Time Traveler’s Wife,” came third with $30 for every $1 earned.

Fourth was Natalie Portman of the new “Star Wars” movies and “The Other Boleyn Girl” with her films making $28 for every $1 she was paid followed by Meryl Streep who made the top five due to the massive box office success of last year’s “Mamma Mia,” earning $27 for every $1 paid.

Rounding out the 10 were Jennifer Aniston ($26 per $1) while films by Halle Berry, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway, and Hilary Swank all made $23 for every dollar they earned.

Forbes.com said it compiled its list by looking at the 100 biggest stars in Hollywood. To qualify each actress had to have starred in at least three movies in the past five years that opened in more than 500 theatres.

They looked at the star’s estimated earnings, each movie’s estimated budget, and box office, DVD and television earnings to figure out an operating income for each movie.
